Salon Coordinator/Receptionist JD
As we continue to grow we’re looking for a Salon Coordinator to help run our salon smoothly and be a part of our friendly team (part-time role 3-4 days a week). We offer a great work life balance and provide training to get you comfortable in the role!
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients & ensuring they are comfortable (i.e refreshments)
- Managing bookings (shortcuts software), calls and online enquiries (facebook, instagram, email)
- Supporting hairdressers with general salon duties
- Stock and inventory management/ordering/invoicing
- Manage stylist schedules to ensure salon is running on time
- Work closely with the manager and marketing team to deliver yearly objectives
We’re looking for:
- You have a friendly warm personality that is adaptable to different client situations
- You’re organised, prompt and thrive in a busy environment
- You have strong communication and problem solving skills used to manage clients and staff.
- You have computer skills and are prepared to undergo salon software training
- Salon experience is helpful but not essential – we want someone willing to learn
